    Positive Clean, good position close to cafe, bus and metro. The garage door, it's broken, requires 2 people to open. The was not heating on and no extra blankets available. Lukely the weather was no cold. .Also for some reason we did not receive the code to enter the property, but when we arrived there was a Cleaner, very helpfull
