Positive This is a lovely property on a quiet street, 5 minute walk from the seafront. The family room was quite large and included a nice sitting area in the bay window. The owners are very friendly & we enjoyed chatting with them while waiting for our taxi! We will definitely be back.

Positive We received a free room upgrade because the place was not fully occupied which was very nice, so we stayed in a room with a double bed and a single bed, facing the street. The room size was good, the double bed was comfortable. The price is very reasonable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. We were able to walk anywhere in Penza

Positive The location is great, just round the corner from the sea front, only a short leafy walk into the centre of town. We took a day trip to the Isles of Scilly, Chiverton House is a short walk to the harbour along the sea front, and not far from the train station. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
