Positive Easy booking, met at the location at a time we stated we would be there, Lisa was lovely, showed us how to get in and get out, explained the fob , keys, lifts etc. Plenty of stuff in the place, sort of leftovers from previous guests, like salt and pepper, washing up liquid etc, those little but necessary things and having them there saves you forking out for
