Positive The room is very basic but clean. For the price, cannot ask for more. The location is excellent; subway nearby, bus routes very close. I love the common self catering kitchen; it is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Many generous breakfast food options are provided as well. No need to eat in expensive restaurants.
