    Positive We never ate in the hotel, but all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated in a great location close to bars and restaurants in the city centre.

    Positive we stayed in the exquisite king room on Friday for one night ,upon arrival we where greeted and checked in straight away, the man at reception was the most helpful telling us everything we should know about our stay , we felt the staff went above and beyond for everyone will definitely be back
