Positive My great grandfather owned the hotel before and into WWII so I was interested to stay there. They’ve updated it some, but it still feels kind of old-timey and charming. The restaurant is good, and there’s a large outdoor area for patio dining that overlooks the North Sea, which is really nice.

Positive This was my third visit to The Cliff. As before the standards were exceptional, the breakfasts in particular were excellent. On a personal note my general fitness is on the wane and it would be helpful to have more banisters on the stairs and grab rails in the showers. But then again the world does not revolve around me.
