    Positive 10/10 stay!! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a microwave, fridge and toaster. It's perfectly positioned for access to the North downs. Joe and Katie (and stan!) were excellent hosts, and check in and out is very easy. Also, we wanted to go running in the downs, and Joe made us a fantastic route around Leith hill on
