Positive Loved the house, had everything we needed and in a perfect location. Beds were very comfortable, enough bathrooms and bedrooms for a large group of people. Great outdoor seating area for when wanting to dine outdoors. Games/toys provided for children, also beach equipment provided too. We didn't need to bring anything extra with us at all as we found umbrell
