Positive Lovely clean, spacious and bright. Helpful staff. Great location and easy parking. Comfy beds and bedding, with lovely small double twin beds. Free welcome (warm) chocolate chip cookie was lovely. Bought a hot chocolate from the bar to go with it. Pricey, but generous size and very nice.

Positive Room was clearly recently refurbished, was large, comfortable, and spotless. The general areas were the same, very nice and clean.

Positive We've stayed in this hotel multiple times as our son was in post-graduate school at the University of Sheffield. It is always comfortable and the staff is always kind and professional. He has now graduated so this will be our last stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!
