Positive The staff are very gentle and happy to help! They even offer a cream tea on arrival that was really nice! The location is nice and it was easy to go from Shankling train station and it was very easy to go to the beach using the cliff lift. The building is from Victorian age but it was clean and had every essential: comfortable bed, good shower, warm swimming

Positive The staff were very friendly. We loved the swimming pool and extra facilities like the table tennis and pool tables. The cream tea on arrival was a nice welcome touch. The beds were really comfy and clean.
