Positive Excellent contact with Kate prior to arrival. Property was exceptionally clean and beyond expectations in terms of quality and quantity of facilities. Garden was a lovely sun trap.

Positive The location was perfect, a very short walk from the train station. The shops on the High Street were close by and it was a short walk to the seafront. The property had everything we needed - even sellotape to wrap a present and a pizza cutter! The kitchen was great and was so well stocked.
