Positive A lovely cosy cottage 5 minutes from the local pub and pakefield beach, extremely easy to find. Parking on hardstanding in the front garden. Well equipped kitchen. The host left bread, milk and a selection of delicious pastries, we assume from the cafe at the end of the road. . Secluded back yard, not overlooked by any neighbours.

Positive The cottage is well located for the beach with the Co-Op & various pubs & takeaways within easy walking distance. It is a comfortable cottage with TV in every room & Freeview on the main set (this may not seem very important, but we had quite a lot of rain during our visit, which curtailed our excursions).
