    Positive Location, location, location. The boat house couldn't be better situated. Right on the beach and close to local shops and cafes. The interior was also well decorated and had everything you could need for a short stay. Carol the owner was happy to lend her own utensils if more were required. Snacks on arrival was a nice touch

    Positive Location was fantastic! The Boathouse was just perfect for our short 3 day stay! Our host Carol was very informative about the tides etc, where to park our car and the local amenities..
