    Positive Easy location to motorways for work to get around Scotland (Falkirk to Lesmahagow from location). Quiet, all modern TV channels. Bottled water and fridge in room. Plenty of parking outside. Bed was comfortable. Cats were friendly. If you want a hotel quality room - book a hotel. There is nothing, not to like. People need to remember this is a room in someone
