    Positive The property is in an ideal location with great access to both the beachfront, excellent restaurants and pubs and the town centre. All are within a short (10-15 min) walk. The property itself is roomy and comfortable with great ameneties and it is a very clean and well kept apartment.

    Positive Clean comfortable and warm flat, well equipped, great location just 2 minutes from sea front. Lovely accessible promenade sea front walk in both directions. Close to Beachy Head and Birling Gap coastal walks. Nearby shops and cafes. Easy street parking with Ringo app, free parking on Sundays.
