Positive Property in wonderful condition. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Great location with sea views. Quiet but close to Brighton with good parking and bus stops near by. Can also walk to the electric railway and marina. Kitchen much better stocked than most holiday rentals.

Positive This is a fabulous cottage with amazing, uninterrupted views of the sea. The location is simply stunning, and our dog was safe in the enclosed gardens (back and front).
