Positive Everything, it's quiet, comfortable and best beds. Nothing is to big or small for the staff. They all go out of their way, they smile and greet and enquire how you are.

Positive Hotel was great. Service was exceptional. The staff were incredible- front the front desk to the porters- in particular a gentleman named Dean and a very helpful porter with such valuable local knowledge- it was excellent
