Positive Great little cottage for our family of 4. Excelent location - 5 minutes to Hemsby beach. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated in seaside theme. Not negative but be prepared - have some coins for electricity metre even if some money is included in your booking - might run out if you use heating a lot.

Positive Location was good - towards the back of the chalet park where it was nice and quiet, but still an easy walk to the shop and down the road to the sea. Beach Road was bustling with lots of entertainment and arcades and places to eat, and an easy walk to the beach. Chalet itself was well presented, nice and clean, in good condition.
