Positive The location of Holland house was perfect for us. We were visiting for three days and traveled around by public transportation. The house is 45min from Liverpool by bus. There are many bus stops near the house, so it's very easy to catch one into town. The flat had everything we needed, we were able to cook breakfast and dinner there.

Positive Initial communication with host was good.. Apt. was pretty small, but comfy. Not a lot of space, bathroom same, tight. Heat worked fine. WIFI same, worked good for phones. Nice to have a balcony, a plus.

Positive We had a wonderful two night stay at Holland House Guest House. The information we received to access the keys from the key safe for our rooms was easy to understand. We stopped in a Loft room which had everything we needed for a two night stay. The addition of the toaster bread butter and jam plus milk and cereals was really welcome for a quick breakfast. T
