Positive Exceptional location on the edge of town and the edge of the nature reserve, meaning you see wildlife from the window whilst having an easy walk to the shops. All the kitchen/utility features you need and nice cosy beds and living areas.

Positive Great location 5mins to high street, cottage well equipped in kitchen ,very clean ,and beds comfortable too , we all had a great time for a family get together, and was there for Christmas tide ,which was a bonus, ,will be recommending to my friends oh and great views over the marshes , highly recommended
