Positive We liked the central location, the historic atmosphere coupled with clean, up to date facilities and the very pleasnat helfpul staff. We did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel, only a nightcap in the bar which had a good ambience.

Positive View from our Tudor room was lovely, overlooking the New Place and Chapel. Tasty vegan breakfast, but not the biggest portions. Sadly no vegan pastries/cereal available. Coffee is strong/punchy for a morning wake up.

Positive The rooms were charming in the Tudor section of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, and the bar and coffee shop were great. Loved it.
