Positive location is perfect close to city and all amenaties but in a very quiet and peaceful place. Clare and Glen are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed in several places round Hull when we come to see our grandaughter but this is far and away the best place we have stayed . Cant wait to come back.
