Positive Always receive a lovely warm welcome from the hosts Sue & Dave. It's home from home. Excellent facilities. Lovely warm property & being over Christmas there was a beautiful Christmas tree. Table laid out with serviettes. Milk tea & coffee and sugar ready for a hot cup of tea on arrival. Flexible arrival time is really good & rare but very welcome. Can't faul
