Positive The staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. So welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of nice touches in hotel. Liked the welcome postcard in room and fresh flowers in dining room. Good location. Rural feel but 10 mins walk to Metro station. Comfy bed - good sleep Great breakfast. Afternoon tea was a treat.
