    Positive Clare and Gene were very welcoming during our stay. The B & B is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The bed and room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling, coffee, tea and biscuits were available in the breakfast room all day.     Positive I always receive a welcome at this quaint, small B&B in the suburbs of Hull. Safe parking on or off road in a quiet area with a short walk to a great selection of places to dine or enjoy a drink on Princess Avenue. Nearby Pearson Park is a great space to take an evening walk or take the dog.
