Positive Farmhouse was everything I needed for my sons 18th birthday away 13 of us fitted perfectly, it was spotless it had all facilities in bathrooms, kitchen etc the games/bar room was everyone’s fave place to be and not to mention the hot tub, weather was freezing but you don’t feel that inside hot tub. If I could rate this house higher than 10 I would. Gray one
