Positive The room was very good with lots of space and bed very comfortable. Particularly liked the lounge area in the room but would have liked a foot stool to make it more comfortable when watching T.V. Great views from all of the windows. All of our food was wonderful,as always, and the restaurant , bar and reception staff all very good , pleasant and efficient.

Positive The location is great, just a short walk into Keswick. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff are very professional but also friendly. The choice and standard of food is excellent.
