    Positive The genuinely warm welcome from Veronica and support before and during our stay, she was so obliging. I thought it was particularly generous of her to not charge for our dog and allowed us to have 24 hr heating should we need it (but we didn't as its so warm and cosy).     Positive Just had another fabulous stay in Whitby at Kikas Cottage. We have stayed so many times at the cottage and love everything about it. It is located just off one of the main tourist areas near to Whitby Abbey and it is extremely quiet to stay in. Everything is within easy walking distance and the cottage is very central.     Positive Perfect location with nice cafes, shops and bars nearby. Short walk down to the abbey and just a short walk across the river to the town where there is an array for lovely shops and places to wander including the pier and whalebone arch. Easy access to coastal paths for some great walks. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
