Positive Location was excellent. 20 minute walk to the centre of Durham. Duke of Wellington pub 10 minute walk away with excellent food options. The house was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Couldn’t fault it would definitely recommend

Positive Excellent location : lovely walks into town. Pub nearby Plenty of space Clean and well appointed : great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Good sized comfortable lounge Comfortable beds Nice garden too. We would certainly book this property again
