    Positive The location was great - just outside Wakefield, about 10 minutes into the centre but also easy to get into the surrounding area. It's on a new estate, the area is quiet, and the property easy to locate.

    Positive All beds very comfortable and bathroom facilities A1. Very clean house. It didn't take long to warm the house and it was very well insulated house and so stayed warm. Lots of towels and toilet rolls. Pet dogs welcome. Would stay again.
