Positive Every member of staff was very helpful and positive - evidence of good staff training. Staff seemed to work as a team happily, creating a great atmosphere. The downstairs area was interestingly laid out and furnished, giving different areas for more cosy relaxation. Our experience of Dinner, Bed and Breakfast was exceptional, with an excellent chef.

Positive The hotel is quaint, the room was very comfortable, and the restaurant is excellent. Shrewsbury is delightful and I enjoyed wandering the town and the surroundings while staying at this wonderful hotel.
