    Positive The location was lovely, in a quiet residential street. A very tasteful old building with well presented communal areas. The bedroom was very clean. The owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

    Positive We had an impression that everything is so well maintained. Lounge was full of nice vintage furnitures which added a lot to the atmosphere. Room was clean and spacious. If we come to ayr again we will definitely stay here! The host was really kind too.

    Positive Nicely appointed rooms, excellent and bountiful breakfast. Best of all were staff, from Sinclair to Margaret, who really care. Highly recommend.
