Positive All the staff that we came into contact with (only stayed 1 night), front of house/checkin/out and restraurant (evening meal and breakfast) were both helpful and very friendly. The food was very good, especially the breakfast, The bed was very comfortable (as we arrived late we received a complatmentary upgrade to a cottage)

Positive We had an excellent welcome from reception team . Help with our baggage and safe storage of bikes. Lovely meal. Nothing was too much trouble. One member even came back to say goodbye to us before she went off shift. After 60 miles on the bike in the heat , it was what we needed and really lifted our spirits
