    Positive Upon arriving at the hotel the staff member on the desk was very helpful - can't remember her name at the moment but she was very friendly and kind and she even facilitated a room upgrade for us which was extremely generous. Rooms were lovely and very happy with the overall vibe of the hotel.

    Positive Nice but off it’s game from last fall. Breakfast poorly organised and not good value or same quality. Disappointed. They acted like it was news to them.
