Positive Location is excellent . Sandra on reception made checking in easy and they are all so friendly. The bed was so comfy. The price was very reasonable, it’s not the ritz but it was warm and comfortable and had a very calming atmosphere, didn’t feel like you were in a hotel it felt like visiting friends so homely. Free parking was a bonus.

Positive Ideal location on the sea front. We had a huge room with a queen bed and a beautiful sea view. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were lovely. Would certainly recommend.
