Positive Very clean, owners were incredibly helpful and polite. The van was very nicely decorated and had a homely feel. There were some dog biscuits added which was a lovely touch

Positive Quite spacious but couldn't get in toilet as disabled tho and we left it clean just didn't take the bed lining of being we came back a day early so that means we got back yesterday
