Positive Everything about the hotel was excellent, the receptionist was polite and helpful, the bar manager and bartender were excellent, had an excellent night's sleep, breakfast was great and the gentleman showed us where everything was he was very helpful and polite

Positive Very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel the staff were helpful and friendly and dealt quickly with any enquiry I had. The food was brilliant and would recommend this for those staying great selection on the breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean with lots of extra touches like the hot drinks and toiletries

Positive The staff are very welcoming,helpful and friendly. The hotel felt lovely and warm as you walked in. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly want, good coffee and fresh fruit always a winner for me.
