    Positive Location was Ok in a residential area with 15-20 minutes walk to the city center.

    Positive Very easy to find. Quiet area. Lovely and clean. Easy access. Nice garden area. Within 15-20 mins walk of the waterfront / marina. Very close by for visiting Ipswich Town FC, which is why we stayed there ( 2 adults and 2 children ). All 3 bedrooms on the same floor.
