Positive Great location, really nice flat, as described, no complaints at all. Our group of 8 friends (3 couples and 2 singles) had a brilliant time in Brighton over New Year’s.

Positive The Flat was beautiful, it's clearly well looked after and loved. There were 4 individual double beds all comfy with fresh clean sheets, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with nice, snug communal space. It's a great location, but we'd recommend taking the lower road if you have your luggage with you. It was a 5 mins walk to the bus into town or a 20 mins
