    Positive The Townhouse at Shoreham-by-Sea is modern and in excellent condition. The facilities and amenities are of really high quality. The location is really good - close to the beach, station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and the High Street/ City Centre. I found all the instructions/ manuals made available throughout the house very useful indeed. I found
