Positive The whole house was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. We were lucky with our room as we were upgraded, being the only guests that night. Louise's welcome was very warm and she was friendly and helpful throughout. she really ensured that we were able to use all the facilities of the room with ease. The breakfast,
