    Positive The apartment was nice and clean. Alexis was very helpful, communicative and responsive. Location was good. Walking distance to the tube and a few stops to town. Next time we will check out a different location.

The staff was approachable and quick to respond to any questions. They went out of their way and accommodated us for an early checkin, by noon, though usually its not available before 2 pm as the cleaners don’t
