    Positive Super clean and nice owner. Room is larger than expected and has nice view over the fields. Stayed in the room with private bathroom. Great value for the money so close to the Lakes

    Positive The breakfast was "make your own", but had lots of choices for breads, cereals and jams (including blackcurrant jam). Nice big room with private (but not en suite) bath. Outside the city of Carlisle, in the middle of farmland, but with easy access to the center city and Carisle Castle, as well as Mike Barry's Scaleby Hill Motorcycle Museum.
