Positive Lovely location just off Leith Walk on a quiet street, convenient for bus/tram into Edinburgh with great selection of cafes/restaurants and bars.Very imposing building with a great history. Room was spacious, comfortable beds and even a Tunnocks Snowball treat with the tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious and nice to have such a vegetarian option.
