Positive I loved how close it was to the train station, which was handy as I was travelling alone without a car. The owners always answered my questions immediately so even though I was going somewhere unfamiliar, I felt supported. They explained clearly how I should use the keybox to get in. They even let me store my suitcases before check-in time and after check-in

Positive Location was perfect. It’s a small town so everything was an easy walk. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely book again if I returned to Brockenhurst!
