Positive The whole experience was excellent. Greeted cheerfully and as our room was ready we were able to access the room early. The room was very clean and pleasant. The facilities were spot on. We loved the view from the window of the river. It was less than 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Perfect

Positive I loved the cosy feeling of the room, it was spacious and light, the bed was extra comfy and I felt very much at home. Everything was so clean and tidy and the service fantastic! Kim and Geoffrey go above and beyond to assist and be of service.
