Positive Mr Richard is a very nice man showing hospitality and hot welcoming, The view in the garden was amazing. The beds were comfy, if i had the chance to get back to manchester i would book the same property again.

Positive Richard was a great host, giving us all the information needed. The house had everything we needed to spend some days in the city and the location is great.

Positive The property was well siruated with Aldi and Tesco local to the house along with transport links from Manchester Picadilly to Belle Vue. The house was very clean and all of the rooms were double, the smallest was a bit tight but we all had a double bed which was very comfortable. All rooms had a TV and a fan and the showers were very powerful and worked well
