Positive My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk

Positive Great location, free parking Friendly staff, 24/7 reception Good size room, lots of storage, very comfortable bed, great tv, hairdryer and iron in room. Plenty of tea and coffee etc plus biscuits Lovely view of the river and will be lovely to have a drink/meal in the terrace in the warmer weather

Positive The room was clean and very well priced. We got moved to a river side room for no extra cost which was a bonus. The receptionist who checked us in was lovely and very helpful.
