Positive The location, quite place far from noise but close of the city when something needed from the shops. Very good location if you want to visit Penzance, St Ives, Land's end Porthcurno beach etc. Very helpful host ( Craig), ready to help and addressed all our querries in no time. We'll be back for sure.
