Positive Everything.. room was spotless, plenty of room and beds were so comfy. Kitchen had everything you needed, pots, pans and utensils..Our room was at the end of the corridor so it was really quiet. Staff we pleasant and friendly. Hotel is 5mins walk into town, if that.. Will definitely come back again

Positive Very high quality. Great location. Can walk to several good restaurants (covering a very wide spectrum of cuisines), shops, grocery stores, the big Waterstones bookstore etc. Service was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The furniture was of very high quality. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room, providing new sheets and towels etc

Positive The hotel was perfectly situated for us as it is right next to Rock City, and we were in Nottingham for a gig at Rock City that night. We could see the queue outside our window, so waited until it had died down before venturing out into the cold. There was parking directly underneath the hotel for £10, and when we came back that night we were advised late ch
